I like Chilis, I'd rather eat here than applebees anyday. I don't come here often, but when I do the food is always decent. The last time I came here I ordered one of their burgers. It came out hot and very tasty. Their fries were plentiful and pretty good. I really don't have much to say about Chilis. I think most people know its not gourmet but it is a huge step up from its competiton.

The good? The food! It was excellent!!!! The bad? The restaurant was very dirty and the service was less than ok!

Didn't want to be there, the waiter that is The waiter tells me no iced tea, I say " really " he says they close in 30 minutes and not making any more. I ask for manager to tell us that. He returns and our party of eight has fresh tea brewing. The place had quite a lot of people still at 9:30 PM wife ordered fish and chicken combo and the chicken was still frozen in the middle and forgot the sauces on the chicken and fish. I didn't order anything as I was aggravated how long he had us wait before he came back to get our orders. Two of the group liked their food, other 4 not so happy. But the tea was great. Probably our worst Chili's experience we've had.

My wife and I had dinner here at chili's. We had the tableside guacamole. It is made fresh in front of you. It was really good. I then had the Ancho Salmon. Very good meal. Great service from the waitress.

Wife likes Chili's so we stopped there for supper cause it was near our hotel. Our waitress Brandi was GREAT. The food on the other hand was not. Wife ordered Chicken Enchilada Soup and it came out barely warm. For main course she got Chicken Pasta and it came out warm not hot. I got the 10 oz sirloin, medium, and it came out with a crust and rare inside. On top off that most of it was so chewy I couldn't eat it . Like chewing on rubber. Brandi was very attentive and had a new glass of tea for me as soon as mine was empty. Asked wife if she needed a refill. She was very cheerful and polite . After I told the manager about the steak he took it off our bill.

Can you say dirty. 3 people sweeping. over half of the tables not cleared off. looks like there was a major food fight in the place. The upkeep on the building in pretty much not there. Our guess was this location was so far out of the way for who ever is in charge of it they just turn a blind eye. It's standard child's except way dirty and not maintained.

Flew into IDF and took a taxi down to the area while waiting for a fishing buddy to head up to Island Park. This is where he picked me up after several hours of boozing nearby. We had a few drinks and we pressed on.

I like to find local options to eat at, but since the motel down the street has been home for awhile, this place is within walking distance to enjoy. We have had excellent food and service each time we've visited here. Menu is consistant for a chain, but I have to say the cooks do a great job preparing the meals. No one has had a bad meal here.

Food... Amazing. Drinks... Awesome Service... Great. Management.... Disgusting. There is one specific manager at this location I can't stand! She wears no name tag or uniform, she is loud, and yells at her employees in front of customers. It's awful. Even saw her come in one day with a baby that was crawling back an forth to the kitchen!!!!! Not impressed.

I find with most chain restaurants in Idaho Falls they never provide consistent food or service, which is what exactly a chain isn't supposed to do. This Chili's is sometimes really good but other times not so good. I do love having the 2-for-one drink specials back (FYI Massachusetts has very strict drinking laws = no drink specials EVER!). The bartenders are just a variable as the cooks, so sometimes you get excellent mix drinks, sometimes you don't. If you're a fan if Chili's and expect your Chili's food craving to taste just like usual and what you expect, it's a flip-of-a-coin, you might just luck out and get what you expect.

After a year away from regular visits to Chilis (due to a move from Tucson to Idaho Falls) we finally decided to give the IF Chilis a try. Despite a few changes to the menu we knew in Tucson (we were advised that they change their menu 4x's a year) we were not disappointed. Service was great, restaurant was spotless, food was good. As someone mentioned in a review dated 5/2010, our biggest complaint with all "chain" dining in IF has been consistency....so, primarily, we eat at home. This visit was fine. We'll do it again...

The menu is the same as every other Chili's you've been in before. That's why you come here when you're STARVING and not feeling adventurous. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. There was a pretty constant flow of patrons, but they handled it well, including large parties. This location gets an extra star for great staff. The funniest thing that happened occurred when a large parties that had several toddlers left. As they walked past, we smiled at the kids. One of them was soooooo excited that someone was paying attention to her, that she started clapping her hands and making those exuberant kid noises that are just full of joy and jumping instead of walking. It was the cutest thing ever!

The food is good as it is in any Chili's, atmosphere again, the same as any chain restraunt would be. The thing that made it to where I decided I would not return was the early closing(9PM!) the wait staff practicly pushed us out the door at 8:55 and were cut off from our drinks at 8:45(which were very wattered down by the way)! If I were to return to eat at a Chili's, it would not be in Idaho Falls.
